Helpful Hints

Water Damage, first locate and turn off main water valve. Next call a restoration company. We use Servicemaster (604-852-8086) or First Onsite (877-778-6731). Lastly try and protect items that have not been damaged.
Fire Claim, Get out of the house according to your plan Fire Escape Plan.
Theft Claim, call the local police immediately, 604-859-5225. Secure the home if windows or doors have been damaged. Lastly make a list of items missing.
